Privacy

This is the short, readable version, because a privacy notice nobody reads protects nobody.
What we store
Your name, your email address, the language you read in and your time zone. For each get-together: its title and description, the dates on the table, who was invited, what everybody answered and any reasons they gave, plus any places suggested. If you save a passkey we store the public half of it - never anything that could be used to impersonate you elsewhere.
Why we store it
To run the app. Your email address is how invitations reach you and how you sign in. Answers have to be stored or there would be nothing to show the organiser. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share any of it.
Emails
We send the invitation, and the sign-in link when you ask for one. Everything else - reminders, announcements, notifications - is off until you turn it on, and every one of those emails tells you why you received it and where to switch it off.
Cookies
One session cookie so you stay signed in, and one that remembers which language you chose. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers. There is nothing here to consent to.
Your data is yours
You can see and change everything in your settings, and delete your account whenever you like. Deleting removes your account, the get-togethers you organised and your answers to everyone else's. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.
